Breakfast At Tiffany's - It is the final scene that gets me every time.  He comes and tries to stop her from escaping to Brazil.  She loses her unnamed cat.  You can feel how much he loves her, despite all her flaws, and I cry like a baby when he gets out of the cab and helps her find her and her unnamed cat.

4. Sleepless In Seattle - I turn on this flick every time I am stuck at home sick.  The scenes in which they see each other from a distance, and the final scene that they finally meet up ... *sob*.
